When stop-and-go traffic on I-94 outside Maple Grove halted in September 2018, Amber Stavig couldn't have known how dramatically her life would change.

"I had neck and back soft tissue injuries that just kind of were there for a while, but I think it was the concussion that kind of lasted the longest," Amber recalls.
